State Police arrested a Canisteo man Saturday on more than a dozen child sex abuse charges. According to troopers, 26-year-old Patrick Runyan was arrested after allegations of child sex abuse came to light.
From January through March, Runyan intentionally touched a 15-year-old child in a sexual way at least 14 times while at a home in the village of Canisteo. Runyan was charged with 14 counts of sexual abuse 3rd and 14 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
